Why it’s written this way

Many people wait to be noticed for a promotion, and it doesn’t always come. This loop helps you work toward it on purpose. It starts with permission to want more, because ambition is easy to hide, especially for people taught not to ask.

The next notes are the steps that tend to move a promotion forward: tell your manager your goal, learn what the next role needs and start doing some of it, keep a list of wins, and make your work visible without bragging. Each one is something you can do this week.

The later notes deal with feedback, helping others and the possibility of a not yet. Feedback is treated as preparation, and a not yet becomes a plan. The comparison note keeps your attention on your own growth. Nothing here promises the title. It ends with steady, deliberate work, which is what makes you ready when the chance comes.
